Allergy Testing
Due to the new regulations introduced in 2021, the way we use Patch Testing has changed and has become alot more stringent. This is because there have been a rise in allergic reactions since Covid-19.
With the tighter restrictions, we thought it would be best to share with you what is now needed so your appointment can still go ahead as planned.
YOU CANNOT HAVE YOUR HAIR COLOURED:

If you are under 16
-
If you have had a reaction to any hair colourant products

If you have had an allergic reaction to any type of skin tattoo, including henna or semi permanent makeup

If you CURRENTLY HAVE a rash on your face, or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp
YOU NEED AN ALLERGY TEST BEFORE YOUR COLOURING APPOINTMENT:

If has been more than 6 months since your last colour appointment

If you have had any type of skin tattoo since your last colour in the salon including henna or semi permanent makeup

If you have had an allergic reaction to anything since your last colour appointment
If you said NO to all of these, we can carry on with your booked appointment.
