Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you.

We understand sometimes it will need to be rearranged; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice to cancel.

 We reserve the right to enforce our 100% non refundable booking fee on anyone who has an appointment over 2 hours long. There is ZERO tolerance for No Shows. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will lose your Booking Fee and appointment and will have to rearrange. We will take another Booking Fee and you will be charged 50% of the appointment you missed due to being late.

If you cancel within 48 hours, you will lose your Booking Fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours, we will require 50% of your missed appointment. This total includes your Booking Fee.

If you No Show, you will be required to pay 100% of your missed appointment and will be required to pay 100% for any future appointments. This will be non refundable.

Client Booking Fee:

Booking Fees are NON REFUNDABLE


Due to last minute cancellations and no shows, we are introducing a booking fee for every client. 
This will be a small amount that will be taken off the final amount of your bill. This amount will be £10 for every hour of your appointment. Most colours and cuts will be a £40 booking fee.

Your appointment can be rearranged up to 48 hours before your appointment time and the booking fee will be moved across to your new appointment. Any changes to your appointment within the 48 hours before your appointment, your booking fee will be lost and you will need to pay another.

Booking Appointments:

Please make sure you know what you would like at time of booking as it is important for our timings to ensure we can fulfil your requirements.


If an appointment is changed on the day, you will be charged the original appointment cost unless the new service is a greater cost.
